DISNEY Princess dresses

How to sew Rapunzel (tangled) dress.i love Disney princess .so i often sew Disney princess costume for my little daughter. she likes to wear them.Like snow white ,princess aurora(sleeping beauty) ,jasmine(Aladdin), frog princess .I am sharing one of them , here is complete tutorial for 2 year old girl.

1. take two clothes , one in pink color chiffon and other purple cotton.(remember this dress is for summer).        

2.  cut purple fabric to make bodice piece , i take measurement from a ready made frock of my daughter. so frock gets perfect fitting.its length is about 8 inches and width is 10 inches before sewing after sewing it become 7" and 9" inches.

3. cut bodice upper in heart shape and cut the pink chiffon about 4"inches width and 8"inches long and sew on bodice  .

4.now sew pink pipping or ribbon on each sides of strips.

 5. and put elastic in each side of it for stretching.

6. take yellow ribbon and golden lace and sew on bodice.

7.now its time to cut the skirt .cut purple fabric 40cm length and 60cm width and pink fabric about 30cm.sew the both ends of pink fabric with both ends of purple one.

8. The bodice and skirt looks like that.Run a gathering stitch along the top of your entire skirt panel.  Gather it up until the edge is exactly the same width as the bodice panel.Next, you’re going to sew up the back seam and put in the zipper.

9.fold the ends of frock for giving it a finishing look.

10.Attach sleeves or stripes on the shoulder of bodice.

11. Now the Rapunzel dress is ready to wear. it is a very simple and elegant looking dress.and improves the personality of  your little loving girl.
